As Senior Executive at PepsiCo serving on the executive team of four different business units in two separate sectors (Pepsi Beverages North America and Frito-Lay North America), Drew played critical roles and led multiple initiatives at all levels of the organization. He stood out as the go-to person for best practices in leadership development, talent acquisition, and culture transformation.

In 2013, Drew, launched The Parsons Group Corporation a search firm that brings organizations its most important ingredient - leadership.
